Unleash the battle with this uniquely and carefully engineered Chess Game, now with internal storage with the self-contained design; offering utmost practicality to neatly store all the pieces when on the go. This allows you to carry this portable game everywhere you go. The internal tray slides down (Or 'Outer Shell' slides up), revealing all the pieces neatly packed inside. The base's of all the pieces have been crafted with a cross-filleted design to perfectly slot into the squares of the board.

FURTHERMORE:
Each component is uniquely crafted to snap into place with only a tab of glue needed for steps 2-3. The cross-filleted base of every piece and the 0.05mm clearance on every side ensures pieces are easily movable; but then are locked upon being placed, reliably every single time.

Made to almost fit into a pocket, with the main frame boasting only 10 by 10cm.

This little, but mighty game will undoubtably keep any group of people entertained.

3D printing settings

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Suitable for FDM Printing with PLA 210 degree nozzle and 60 degree bed, All pieces are pre-oriented correctly for FDM printers:
- Shell Base: 10-20% infill, 0.3mm layer height
- Game Piece: >80% infill, 0.1 to 0.15mm layer height
- Player Squares: 20% infill, 0.2mm layer height
- Square Support Panel: 10% infill, 0.2 to 0.3mm layer height
- Outer Shell: 5-10% infill, 0.3mm Layer height

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Firstly print one of each Item, including one 'Game Piece' as a test if preferred. ENSURE 'Player Squares' and 'Square Support Panel' are different colours to maintain a contrasting play space
2) Using glue, adhere the 'Player Squares' to 'Square Support Panel' Ensuring the edges align perfectly. (There is default 0.05mm marginal gap along every side of the perimeter for easy fitment)
3) Affix this newly merged piece horizontally (Flat) onto 'Shell Base' ensuring to accurately match each of the corners
4) Next, Slide down 'Outer Shell' over the 'Player Squares', 'Square Support Panel' and 'Shell Base'. You have now completed the internal storage chamber.
5) After printing 'Game Piece' 16 (2X8) times (Half in each colour), Slot them into their corresponding sides. YOUR NOW READY TO PLAY.
6) After having hours of fun (:)), you may pack up the pieces by pulling up on 'Outer Shell' exposing the internal storage opening on the rear side of the board, ready for taking advantage of the portable and self-contained design.
